The City of Wheeler Administration Department provides critical background support for all sections of the city government.
Primary functions include financial forecasting, overseeing the annual audit, preparation of the annual budget and on-going monitoring for budget compliance throughout the year, providing general information to the public, business license processing, building permits, management of transient room tax, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, water billing, election processing and general management of services to the public.
