Wheeler City Hall is open for walk in appointments
Monday – Thursday 9:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-4:00pm
Friday – By appointment only.
If you need to come into City Hall outside of walk in hours, please call the City at (503) 368-5767 to arrange an appointment. Phone messages will be returned the following business day. You may also contact the City via email at info@ci.wheeler.or.us.
Payments and documents may be dropped off through drop box located at the entrance door, near City Hall’s parking lot.
