Parks & Recreation Committee

Parks committee around waterfront sign

The Wheeler Parks & Recreation Committee meets every second Wednesday of the month at 10:00 a.m. in Wheeler City Hall.

The Parks engages citizens in park maintenance and beautification, in addition to upkeep of city-owned flower boxes throughout the town. The Parks Committee donates valuable resources and oversight to maintaining the natural beauty of Wheeler.

The committee is actively adding volunteers.  All it takes is completing a volunteer form and working an hour per week.  You could even win a prize...
