DEADLINE FOR ITEMS TO BE SUBMITTED FOR CITY COUNCIL OR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS
Any written item that is submitted to be placed on the agenda of either a City Council meeting or a Planning Commission meeting must be received and date stamped at City Hall no later than 4:00 p.m. seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting. Land use items may be subject to more advanced submission dates; that information will be included in the public notice regarding such items.
Regular City Council Meetings: Third Tuesday of the month,
Agenda items are due by 4:00 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month.
Regular Planning Commission Meetings: First Thursday of the month,
Agenda items are due by 4:00 p.m. the last Thursday of the previous month.
Any written comments submitted in support or opposition to scheduled agenda items should be brought to City Hall as soon as possible before that meeting. City Hall staff will accept these documents and make copies until 4:00 p.m. on the date of the scheduled meeting.
